Founded as a farmhouse, today it is completely renovated, while preserving the original charm of the exposed stone structures and architectural elements inspired by local tradition.
The property is located on a farm of about 120 hectares, consisting of olive groves, cultivated land and woods, crossed by numerous panoramic hiking trails.
The garden, embellished with seating areas and the pool, offers panoramic views as far as the eye can see. Not far from Gubbio and Perugia, the estate is an ideal base for exploring the suggestive medieval villages of Umbria and Tuscany. THE PROPERTY HAS UNDERGONE A CHECK-UP CARRIED OUT BY ONE OF OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS, TO GUARANTEE THE CORRESPONDENCE OF THE DESCRIPTION, THE ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THE SITE AND THEIR STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE Interiors: The farmhouse, which covers an area of about 330 square meters, is distributed on two floors connected by internal and external stairs.

Several shaded areas in the garden create cozy and relaxing spaces.
On a slightly higher terrace there is a parking lot with six parking spaces covered by a canopy; not far away, a pedestrian gate allows access to the path with stone steps that leads to the main entrance.N.B.: Please note that the photographic services are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
