Some of the bedrooms are interconnected, making it ideal for group stays and allow pets. On the main floor, you will find the living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, one single bedroom, one double bedroom, and a full bathroom.
The upper floor includes the remaining bedrooms, additional bathrooms, and direct access to the outdoor area and the pool.
The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating.Outside, the house offers a large garden with a swimming pool, porch area, and covered barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments. We kindly ask you to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay and good coexistence: Silence and rest: Parties and noise are not allowed during the night (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Please respect the neighbors’ rest to maintain a calm atmosphere. Pets: Pets are allowed in this accommodation with request and payment of a extra cost. Furniture care: As some materials are delicate (solid wood, microcement, etc.), please avoid stains and use the facilities responsibly.
In the event of any damage, the security deposit will be retained. Cleaning: Please leave the house in the same condition as upon arrival: outdoor furniture collected, windows and doors closed, and rubbish disposed of in the appropriate containers.
If we find several trash bags in the house, a charge between 50-150€ will be applied to the security deposit card. Compliance: We reserve the right to terminate the rental contract in case of non-compliance with these rules.
