This beautifully designed two-story home features a private hot tub, outdoor dining with a propane grill, a lounge area, and an orchard in the large, secluded backyard.
The large living room features lots of space and seating to spread out with friends and family, with beautifully appointed midcentury furnishings and a smart TV.
The sunny dining room includes seating for six and is fully stocked with games and barware.
In the gorgeous cheerful kitchen you will find all the fixings you need to serve up delicious home-cooked meals--the home has all the cookware and appliances you need, including a coffee maker, food processor, blender, slow cooker, juicer, and an array of spices and cooking essentials.
The custom banquette is the perfect place to soak up the morning sun with a cup of coffee or a breakfast burrito from one of the many nearby eateries on Newport Avenue.
Down the hall you'll find the two comfortable bedrooms, a dedicated office/music room, and a spacious full bathroom with built-in bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Each of the two upstairs bedrooms features a queen-sized bed with high-quality linens and cozy throws and pillows, and both have spacious closets with built-in drawers and shelving and plenty of room for hanging clothes.
The private office can be used for full-time work and includes an ergonomic office chair, two external monitors, a USB-C docking station, and high-speed wifi to keep you productive if you need it.
The office also features a cozy armchair, plenty of afternoon sun, and musical instruments.
