We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Pintor Ferrandis - Àngels, is just a 1-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Located on the 5th floor and easily accessible by elevator. Designed with an open floor plan, it features a spacious living room with a sofa, a TV, and a large dining table.
From the living room, you also have access to a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances suitable for short stays, such as a stove, oven, and microwave.
For added convenience, the apartment also includes a dishwasher for after meals, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The apartment comfortably accommodates guests with its three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with a single bed. Each bed is fitted with fresh linen. The bathroom is fully equipped with all essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, making it easy for you to refresh and recharge. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
