Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).

The first bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces.
The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable single bed.
Two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay.
After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund.

The experience was very positive. I would especially highlight the comfort of the facilities; I felt at ease. Everything was fine and the tranquility of the place was perfect to rest peacefully without disturbing noises after exploring Madrid.

Ideal flat for one or two people. You have to go up and down stairs with large steps, which might not be recommended for people with low physical condition or mobility problems. Everything else very good. Very well communicated area.

Our stay in Madrid was perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed, nothing was missing. The location was great, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and very responsive to any message. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid.
