Het complex is duidelijk verouderd en wij vonden het niet erg hygiënisch. In de zwembaden dreven zelfs kakkerlakken. Het appartement zelf was redelijk m.u.v. een gebrek aan kastruimte en de mierenoverlast. Een opknapbeurt voor het terras is zeker ook geen luxe.
