Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk. Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to clean up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfasts and even to cook an evening meal if you did not want to eat out every night. Close to Metro station for links to city centre and out to the beach at Matosinhos.
