Our Residence Villa Punta Amare is just a staircase length away from the marvelous Morcone Beach in the municipality of Capoliveri.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%, or we send a link with a discount code where guests can independently purchase tickets even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries. Among our offerings, we also provide a rental service for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates. Immersed in the tranquility and beauty of the nature of the Island of Elba, you'll find Punta Amare overlooking the splendid Morcone Beach.

This villa offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and the golden sand of one of the most enchanting bays on the island. With a stroll along a staircase, you can reach Morcone Beach, where you can relax on the sand. The two-room consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with one sofa bed, a sea-view terrace equipped for outdoor dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The last 100 meters to reach the property are on a dirt road. Important Notes: Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00. Check-out: by 9:00 am. Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen.

Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 20 for the single bed an Euro 40 for the double bed to be paid locally, arranged at least 7 days before the arrival date with delivery in our office in Portoferraio. Pets allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. BBQ area is shared with ader customers and must be left clean after use.
