The accommodation comprises - A 52 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 2: King-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 3: King-size bed (180x200) - Bedroom 4: 2 twin single beds (90x200) - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Three separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful 2,800 m² garden - A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Baden, in very pleasant surroundings.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: 1h30 - Nearest airport :Nantes Atlantique 1H45 Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in diesem exclusiven und großzügigen Haus verbracht. Es wirkt komplett neu renoviert und ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Stilvolle Accessoires runden das hochwertige Bild ab. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
