There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king bed. There are 2 bathrooms, with 2 toilets, bath, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property.

Really well put together, the beds in the main bedrooms were very comfortable, however the room with double beds could be better my colleague was very uncomfortable
Kitchen facilities were great, especially the coffee machine
Couple of plug sockets loose which needs addressing but other than this we had an excellent stay and really enjoyed it
Ironing board needs replacing and some bigger bath towels
Great stay and perfect for our needs.

Really nice decor and suited our needs perfectly. Didn’t get a chance to use hot tub and games room as not enough time but useful additions for a longer stay. Good to have things like coffee, tea and toiletries available. A nice touch.
Some of the taps didn’t turn on or were difficult to use. Neighbours were a bit noisy.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses...
