The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 double beds.
The third bedroom contains a queen bed.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A washing machine is included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.
Conditions for short stays of less than 29 days Electricity is included in the price up to 50 KWH per day to avoid abuse.
Beyond that, the KWH will be charged 7 THB/KWH WATER AND ALL HOUSE SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
A DEPOSIT OF 1,000 THB IS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 29 DAYS AND WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE *THB = THAI BAHT Conditions for long stays of more than 29 days For long stays, electricity is included up to 50 kw/day.
Beyond that we charge 7 thb/kw.
We will take a meter reading on arrival and departure and if there is a surplus, we will charge it as a deduction from the deposit.
The amount of the deposit is 5,000 THB for long stays refundable on your departure.

The private pool was undoubtedly the best part of our stay! It was well-maintained, crystal clear, and just the right temperature for a refreshing dip at any time of the day. Whether it was a relaxing morning swim, a fun afternoon splash, or a peaceful evening by the poolside, it added so much value...

이곳의 호스트와 하우스키퍼분은 친절합니다
다만 화장실에 곰팡이와.. 에어컨이 생각보다 시원하지 않더라구요
관리가 조금 필요해보입니다.
여유롭고 행복한 2박3일을 보냈어요

5명이 쓰기에 엄청 넓은 공간이었어요. 이 자체로도 좋은 경험이 었어요. 우리는 이른 아침부터 저녁까지 매일 수영을 했어요. 수영장이 너무너무너무 좋았어요~~ 식사는 배달로 충분했고, 가까이에 편의점이 있어서 불편함이 없었습니다.
1층 화장실에서 약간의 냄새가 나고, 집의 대문과 쇼파의 파손이 좀 있었어요.
