Kyros Estate offers a premier venue for celebrations, situated in a prime location with panoramic views of the turquoise waters and the nearby Paros and Naxos Islands. It is conveniently within walking distance of the renowned Paradise and Paraga beaches. The estate features two luxurious villas, each with 8-bedroom suites and en-suite bathrooms, infinity swimming pools, additional relaxation or children’s pools, high-quality furnishings, playrooms, notable artworks, and various relaxation spaces.
The Villa is one of the largest accommodations in Mykonos, hosting up to 32 guests, making it suitable for events such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. The estate includes a private bay with anchoring capabilities, extensive landscaped grounds, and ample entertainment space. Each villa can be booked separately for 16 guests.
Kyros Estate can help realize the ultimate holiday experience. Supplementary services such as yacht charters, professional chef services, on-site wellness treatments, diving courses, executive car rentals, and babysitting can be arranged with advance notice.
The estate features a total of 16 luxury bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, two guest cloakrooms, two indoor dining rooms, two kitchens, and two indoor playrooms. The decor is elegant and neutral. The ground floors have open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas that lead to outdoor covered dining and lounge areas with sea views.
All bedroom suites are on the lower floor with access to the outdoor terrace, swimming pools, and private bay. The landscaped grounds include a chapel. The pools are surrounded by sun loungers and pergolas for shade. Despite being two separate villas, the estate offers ample space for guests to gather indoors and outdoors, with numerous lounge areas providing quiet spots. Traditional Mykonian style elements blend seamlessly with contemporary minimalistic design throughout the estate.

The attractive area of Little Venice hugs the turquoise waterside and is brimming with art galleries, buzzy bars and cute little souvenir shops. Paradise Beach Club is an all-day party destination. It celebrates 50 years of history and you can meet visitors from all over the world whilst dancing to the hottest tunes being spun by the world’s best DJ’s. It has won awards for being one of the best clubs worldwide and has attracted the likes of Tiesto to play exclusive and massive sets. Tables and booths can be booked in advance to guarantee the best party experience.
Paraga Beach neighbours Paradise Beach and is stunning and very popular. There are amazing views of the island of Delos. It is set in a picturesque landscape with lively restaurants and bars with fine, silvery sand and rocks forming a natural diving platform. The organised sunbeds and parasols and beach bars create a gorgeous summer scene.
