We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gruissan, this charming house with independent entry to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. Located in a residence with swimming pool, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room of 20 m² with connected TV (possibility with your login to connect to Netflix or Amazon) and sofa bed.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the first floor :
- A mezzanine serving as a bedroom with two single beds.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outside :
You will be able to enjoy the beautiful days thanks to a beautiful private garden of 25 m² with table, chair and sunbathing area as well as two terraces facing south/south-east. The residence is also equipped with a 8x15m swimming pool (shared, not heated), open from 10am to 8pm from June to September. A garage dedicated to the storage of bicycles or other is accessible.
The house is ideally located in Gruissan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a secured residence closed by a gate. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Nearby:
- Tourist office, bus stop, cash machine, Vival grocery store (bread/viennoiseries deposit) open 7/7 from 7:30 in the morning.
- Access to the harbor promenade with various restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, boutiques....
- Beaches : sandy beach "du Grazel" at 1 km and beach of the chalets at 5 km.
- Supermarkets (Lidl / Intermarché), medical practice, stadium, nightclub, skatepark, "pirate-park" amusement park(July/August).
Activities :
- Access to the pond and the Massif de la Clape : hikes, walks, picnics, mountain bike circuits for all levels...
- Bowling alley, bike and electric boat rental, tree climbing, mini-golf, tennis courts and paddle.
- The Casino (games, slot machines...)
- Great buffets of Narbonne.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the public places near the house.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Narbonne train station located 20 km away (about 25 minutes by car)
Other remarks:
- Only one pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Wifi (optical fiber).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an additional charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
