Lovely property with private garden and shared pool, located in Forte dei Marmi, 700 meters from the beach.
It can sleep up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. External Description Casina Simonetta is located in Vittoria Apuana (Forte dei Marmi, Versilia coast), just 700 m from the sea, in a very quiet condominium context, surrounded by greenery.
The villa boasts in fact a private fenced garden (about 200 sqm) with lawn and covered patio, equipped with a dining table for 6 people and wicker armchairs. At the back of the property, through a side gate you can reach a large park (about 1000 sqm) and a pool (6 x 12 m), open from 15 June to 15 September.
The pool is shared with other condominiums, and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. At guests' disposal there is also an outdoor laundry area. Uncovered parking is available along the street. Internal Description Casina Simonetta is set on one single level, on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The property is provided with Internet Wifi and air conditioning.
Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost. From the covered patio you access a living area with sofa, tv and dining table.
