Contemporary in design and furnishings and with a great holiday feel, this beautiful new 3-bedroom villa is located in sunny Arco da Calheta, and has wonderful views of the sea and of the surrounding mountains that tower over it.
The front door leads straight to the very spacious and airy open-plan air-conditioned living area.
In front of the Smart Cable Flat-screen TV (with connection to Netlfix and Youtbe), is a sofa and two comfortable armchairs overlooking the pool and the wonderful views.
The glass dining table is closer to the fully equipped modern kitchen that leads onwards to the laundry room. The corridor leads to the bedrooms and shower rooms.
All feature king-size beds, air-conditioning and electric blinds.
You wake up with views of the sea in the Master Bedroom (with en-suite shower room) and the second bedroom and both open to the pool deck.
The second and third bedrooms share the family shower room. The southern front of the villa is occupied by the swimming pool and sun-deck with sun-beds, a sun umbrella, and outdoor dining table for 6. From Arco da Calheta you great access to the mountains for both sightseeing (Madeira is breathtakingly beautiful) and walking (which has become extremely popular along the levadas or for hiking). The resort of Calheta, with it’s manmade golden beach, is 3Km away, and here you will you will find a selection of bars and restaurants. a handful of boutique shops and a supermarket. Ribeira Brava, 10 minutes by car, is the next largest town, and offers a greater election of shops, cafés and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets.
