A lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned villa in Caniço de Baixo one of the sunniest places on the island, Villa Amelia is south facing with private swimming pool and the perfect choice for a relaxing, away from it all holiday.
Accessed via a few steps, a covered terrace leads into the lounge which is conveniently open-plan to the dining area and kitchen, making it an ideal place for families to relax together.
Each of the three bedrooms has it's own bathroom and air conditioning.
Outside, flower beds border the pool terrace, and privacy from the neighbours is created by a wall of mature plants.
A built in barbecue is available on the pool terrace for you to enjoy. Unusually for villas in Madeira, complimentary transfers from and to the airport are offered. Access to complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, seven minutes drive away, including access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis court (www.albatrozhotel.com). A small promenade allows you to walk off those excessive meals, breathing the fresh sea air. A 30 minute climb, 3 minute drive or short bus ride brings you to Caniço village itself, where you will find more restaurants and bars, a large supermarket, a small shopping centre and the Medical Centre.
